Water and sewer connections are not at sites—single dump and potable water station at campground exit. Site spacing is consistently described as spacious with shade and wooded privacy, but levelness is variable: many sites not level, with some newer/renovated ones reported as flatter.
Check out the Mt. Horeb farmers market on weekends. Drive into Mount Horeb for good food, shopping, and a craft beer at The Grumpy Troll. Expect winding, narrow access roads, especially with large rigs. The dump station and fresh water tap are only at the exit—plan water fills accordingly. Sites near pit toilets may have odor.
Avoid if sensitive.
