A 5-year view of camper sentiment
What's driving the trend: Atmosphere & crowd
Based on Google Reviews · June 2021 - June 2026 · 70 reviews
Atmosphere is the anchor here: across five years, guest impressions of the crowd and vibe at Canoe Bay have held remarkably steady, with 19 reviewers mentioning the theme and every single one describing a positive experience, including all 11 who raised it most recently. That sense of consistency is the story, but there’s a subtle shift in the latest period—while the atmosphere remains a highlight, overall sentiment has softened compared to the peak three years ago, as seen in the larger pool of 24 recent reviewers. Other themes, like site quality and amenities, draw fewer mentions and show more variability, but none have overtaken the central role of atmosphere. For guests deciding now, what you read in recent reviews is what you’ll get.
The CampRecord is generated through analysis of public guest reviews spanning multiple years. Patterns described reflect themes observed in reviewer feedback over time and should be considered alongside other research when planning a stay.
