TrustedCamp is a campground review and scoring platform. We help campers find great places to stay by aggregating and analyzing publicly available guest reviews. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at trustedcamp.com.

• Giveaway entries: When you enter our $75 giveaway, we collect your full name and email address.
• Contact form submissions: When you reach out via our contact page, we collect your name, email, and any message you send.
• Analytics data: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may collect browser and interaction data to help us understand how visitors use the site and to serve relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

We do not currently collect payment information or sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers or banking information.

Third Parties We Work With

• Cloud database and storage providers: Giveaway entries and contact form submissions are stored with third-party cloud database services. Data is retained only as long as needed to run the giveaway and respond to inquiries.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Our website is served through a third-party hosting platform that may collect standard server log data including IP addresses and browser information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Reviews, Scores, and Content

All campground reviews, summaries, scores, and descriptions on TrustedCamp are based on publicly available guest reviews from platforms such as Google Maps. This content reflects the opinions of campers and guests — not the opinions of TrustedCamp or its affiliates.

TrustedCamp does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any individual review. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any campground, park, or business listed on this platform.

Cookies

We use cookies as part of the Meta Pixel integration. These cookies allow Meta to recognize your browser across websites and show you relevant ads. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or opt out of Meta's advertising data use at facebook.com/adpreferences.

We do not use any additional tracking cookies beyond what Meta Pixel sets.

Data Retention

Giveaway entry data is retained for the duration of the giveaway and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at support@trustedcamp.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at support@trustedcamp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

TrustedCamp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our giveaway is open to U.S. residents 18 and older only.
